A dedicated painting technique for each material. Effective laying carried out in the latest generation of ovens, continuously supervised through a cutting-edge technological system that allows the analysis, control and storage of processing data through management software. We apply NitroThermSpray systems for Nitrogen painting. These systems take advantage of the NitroThermSpray selective permeation principle which concentrates nitrogen contained in compressed air and uses it as a fluid carrier in all phases of application of the painted product.
The advantage of this system lies in the continuous control of temperature and humidity, a control normally impossibile given the different nature of these two variables, and hence their difficult measurement.
Our painting is guaranteed by high quality technical standards, thanks to the training of our staff and the use of cutting-edge tools in terms of “Smart” production.
